I was just browsing through this thread, and although I don't listen to that type of music, I think the only thing pathetic is your comment.
People are entitled to listen to whatever music they like, and to me, it seems you're making quite a contradiction.
You're saying (or this thread is saying) that you don't like people who make fun etc. of MCR. However, you're saying it's pathetic people like rap and hip-hop.
Maybe I'm the only one who finds this just a tad stupid, but I don't care.

Oh dude! When I called my friend she got a cell phone and she had ringtones on them and I said, "I LOVE My Chemical Romance."
She goes, "Why does everyone like that band?!"
I ignored her and she said that she had a ringtone that she can't tell the song by it but she told me the song title and it was 'I'm Not Okay (I Promise)' I seriously squealed!
So basically she heard the song and got addicted *snaps fingers* Like that.

Basicaly, yes, people like MCR at my school. They like whatever's popular. I couldnt care less either way. And they assume, because Im GOFFIKHARDXCOREZ, that I'll like MCR too (as well as whatever other 'alternative band theyre whoring this week. Recently it's been LTJ. Its saddening ;., and thus talk to them. I wont =3

my school is filled with rap people thingys, well I don't have any friends in school that likes MCR. I have this one friend that likes AFI and hates MCR so yeah.

Yeah my school has only one other girl who likes mcr besides me and she is a total prep and only likes them beacause she thinks Franks hott! The rest all listen to country!!

Most of my friends are into them, like I am.

My sister is probably the only preppy little girl who likes MCR for their music- at first she didnt think any of them were hot, but she still liked the songs. Then one day we were watching the making of Im Not OKay and she goes, "The one with the glasses..."

Now everytime I see a mikey picture I send it to her, and she like strokes his picture and goes, "ahhh Mikey <33"

She has like four songs on her Ipod from them, I am trying to get her to put more in, like the better songs. She has Helena, Ghost of You, Im Not OKay, and You Know What they Do to Guys like us in Prison. See I dont really mind if my preppy sister likes them, because none of my friends (save for my (boy)friend) likes them, so say theres a cocnert, I can drag her with me ^^;;
