Doing a tattoo on yourself is anything but cool. In fact, it's probably the stupidest thing you can do. Piercing yourself comes on a neat second place. And 16 is damn young to get a tattoo.

Maybe a nosering hurts more on you? Or maybe a lipring hurts more? The pain should never be a factor when you get pierced though, because it's so temporary.

Yeah, exactly. It might swell for a couple of days and hurt when you touch it, but it goes away. It depends on your pain tolerance.
