die_X_romantic:Sami:But, I lost a lot of friends. :/
are you kidding me...?
I lost ALL of my friends
every last one...
I still have some of them....but a lot less then i used to. i never had too many friends anyway...
mcr...changed my view at the world and especially at the ppl around me.
i was depressed at the time i started to listen mcr...i had serious problems and had lost someone very dear to me. mcr, their music understood me and it still does. and then when i read gee's bio...i loved them even more...the way he got through that shit...amazing...i'm only 16 but the fact is i'm coping with a lot of shit and music helped me, especially MCR...
god, this is gonna make me cry...i dunno, i was looking for someone who'd understand me and i found them......and all of you INO ppl! |

I wouldn't have INO
And I wouldn't be listening to this song.
Because I wouldn't know about Pencey Prep. |

They didn't do anything for me. Except keep me entertained by listening to their music.
They didn't save my life. Ever.
They would have been the last person I would have thought about staying in this world for.

It's that they have taught me that I need to stay in the world so I can make a difference even if it's just a small one. I think their music is so much more than music. They have a great message that they promote throught their music. All of their lyrics make it easy to relate to even if you haven't had that particular experience. Again shouldn't this be moved to The Band section? |

Age: - Gender: - Posts: 348 | May 28th, 2006 at 12:55am I got scared of their lyrics at first 'cause I looked up cyanide and all that...I was scared of what my parents would think and what people would think of me. After I was like: I rather listlen to druggy emo-rock than porn-infested R&B!!I went through a brief weird phase where I tried putting goth makeup on and wore emoish clothes. Now I don't give a damn about it!! But now I LOVE MCR! I hear so many people say: MCR saved my life and I respect that.Teeheehee I'm so naughty!

Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 1225 | May 28th, 2006 at 09:51pm My Chemical Romance saved my life.
One time, I slipped and I fell on my Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge CD and it broke my fall.
Without that CD, I would have likely ended up with a bruise.
