Even if I do love GnR, and did grow up with their music, I honestly
think that Axl Rose should've done a Kurt Cobian, and died as a
legend.

Axl Rose i such a jerk tho....i hate the "new Guns N' Roses" they are just posers, who think they can play like slash, duff, matt, and gilby, but can't. Velvet Revolver rocks too though, i saw them over the summer in the front row, pretty amazing. Has anyone else seen them? |

Slash is such an amazing guitar player, I only hope that I someday could play like he does, he's a true guitar god. I think that their bass player Duff Mckagan is totally underrated though. I love him so much, and ppl don't give him the recognition he deserves, he's really a awesome bass player. I saw Velvet Revolver last summer, and they were amazing. Even though I have a huge amount of respect for Axl Rose, and he really was hot during the 80's (along w/ Duff) he has serious control issues. He doesn't deserve to call himself w/ a buch of other ppl "Guns N Roses" because it isn't Guns N Roses w/out duff, Slash, Matt and Gilby. Well, I'm ranting now...sorry! Anyways, Guns N Roses kicks ass, and is my all time favorite band. My favorite Songs are My Michelle, Nightrain, and Paradise City. |
