TBS are yet again featured on a movie soundtrack, this being their fourth. Whats It Feel Like To Be A Ghost? will be on the Transformers Soundtrack due out on July 3rd.
They will also be playing 4 dates for Boost Mobile Rock Corps. . . .

Taking Back Sunday front man Adam Lazzara has hinted to Kerrang! that the New York quintet will begin writing for their follow-up to 2006's "Louder Now!. But, as Lazzara explains, they won't be hitting any deadlines to appease their label.

Whoa.
Where the hell have I been??
Well, I'll tell you. I have been getting a taste of normal life. This means being nowhere near a tourbus, not playing rock shows (sadly), and sleeping in a bed in an apartment in NYC that isnt moving at 80 m.p.h. down the highway to [your town here]. I must admit summertime is the best time of year for sure. Its nice to have a little time to my/ourselves to chill and regroup before heading out for PROJEKT REVOLUTION which promises to be one of the most fun and interesting tours we have ever done.
Also, if you live in PHILLY, HOUSTON, PORTLAND, or CHICAGO and are so inclined ( and I know you are) to volunteer for some community service and be handsomely rewarded with a private TBS show, head over to BOOSTMOBILEROCKCORPS.com. Do something great for your town and then come hang with us in an intimate setting for a rock show.
So, its official I NO LONGER LIVE WITH MY MOM!!!!!!!!! MWAH HAHAHAH HAHAH AHHAHHAH..
Now my bandmates will need something new to break my balls about (shouldnt be hard to do) because I have finally gotten off my tush and moved into an apartment in the NEW YORK CITY. I am much happier now. Although I do miss my mommy and now I have to cook and clean and make my own coffee etc.
I also recently got my hands on an upright bass and have been practicing my fingers bloody on it. What a fun and challenging instrument. My roommate loves it. I think. The first thing I played on it was the bassline to 'Stand by me'. Seemed fitting.
Some of the stranger things I have done since being home:
Got a pedicure (not my idea, although, oddly, i enjoyed it - thanks Elle)
Went to Kanye West's birthday party (No, I did not meet kanye, no I do not know kanye, no I did not get him anything, and yes, it was fun - saw Pharrel, TI, Lupe Fiasco, Clipse and Kanye perform). Thanks Jillian.
Finally saw Black Rebel Motorcycle Club live. Thanks Karen.
Was followed for many blocks by a man wearing a speedo and those weird 2007 NYE glasses where the middle 2 zeros are the eyeholes and carrying a sign that said 24/7/365.com or something. He was slow motion following my girlfriend and I so he was easy to outwalk (I think he was following her more than me). Thanks New York.
I also DJ'd for the first time. It was surprisingly fun and I think I did fairly well at it. No one threw anything at me and no one complained to the management of the establishment. Thanks Dimitry. I have yet to come up with a proper DJ name though....any ideas?
Cant wait to see you all this summer and I hope you are all happy, healthy and hhhhh...cant think of another h word. forget it.
