I walk to school, and walk home from school. I walk alot every day and I run around alot on the school field too... I could excercise more though. |

Age: 60 Gender: Female Posts: 7804 | July 20th, 2006 at 03:19pm im pretty active. i do the bike thirty minutes every day and then i do 200 sit ups because im trying to beat my brother in the who can get abs first competition we started :] i do some leg exercizes too because i want my calf muscles to show and i do about 200 jump rope jumps to get me lighter on my feet because i want to be faster than everyone else in swimming and when track season comes around. as for my diet: cup of yogurt and and a cup of fruit. then i'll have dinner whatever my parents decide to cook and then i'll have a cookie from my pillsbury dough thing and then i'll have more fruit. i drink about 8 bottles of water a day (16.9 fl oz) so that i dont get any more pimples and stuff. |

I don't care what I look like [most of the time].
If people make fun of my weight I just laugh along with them.

I don't know, not sure... But i'm starting to lift weights and do a few push-ups every now and then...
I wanna get strong so I can get violent in hockey...

I try to eat as little and as healthy as possible and, lately, I've been trying to drink much more water. My weight goes up and down like crazy so I have to fight my stupid metabolism every day. However, I've had a very stressfull year and a lot of exams which resulted in a serious weight loss . But I still want to lose more. |

And since the season is over, I use this DVD that my mom has. It' sthis huge ball, and you do a bunch of different exrcises on it

Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 6639 | July 20th, 2006 at 05:46pm ^lol, same here. but i have been controling my diet better, though. i wanna be able to wear a bikini. when i go on the treadmill, i listen to music so i end up getting carried away, and stay on there for like, 50 min. i do 15 lunges on each leg and 25 squats. i do 50 crunches and 50 on the right and the left and i do 50 push ups. so when school starts, ill be able to do better in gym. i also do a denise austin workout tape that has stretching, toning, basic yoga and pilates. we also have fit tv and exercise tv on demand, so i do those workouts too. |

So... yeah.
But my mom keeps on calling me fat 'cause I sit around all day on the computer, and that's why I weigh 109 pounds.
I gained 2 pounds in three days.
I'm gonna be fat.
