I do absolutly fuck all. I barely drink water, I havent eaten a vegetable in years and I only have fruit once a month.

I eat NOTHING but raw fruit and veggies, and I fast fequently. I can never bring myself to excercise, so I compensate for my utter laziness with somewhat healthy eating.

i exercise in gym class (because i have to), i usually walk home from school (unless i get picked up), i eat an apple almost everyday, and i don't drink soda everyday or eat chocolate, yet i'm not skinny. xD i wish i had a fast metabolism(sp?)

For the last month or so, I've been exercising twice a day for about an hour each and play basketball when it isn't too hot outside. Eating breakfast and eating more healthier. And I've been drinking loads of water with occasional drinks of green tea and of course milk. I can definitely see the difference in the last couple of weeks. :]

I walk to school and back home again, which is about 50 minutes all together.
And I do exercise in PE.
Hmm I don't do much exercise at all. xD
But I drink lots of water and I eat all my vegetables at dinner, which is healthy.
...But I also eat bad snacks in between meals. /:

I don't exercise, not unless you include p.e at school.
Unless I feel really fat on one day, then I'd go out for a walk.
But otherwise, my muscles don't get used and I eat a generally healthy diet. (I don't snack and I eat fruit and vegetables).

playing gh makes me stand on my feet a lot too. and my school's pretty big. so i have to walk around a bit.

i horseback ride twice a week for two hours, which keeps my legs and buttox in really good shape,
play tennis twice a week for two and a half hours (also good for the legs and buttox x]),
run track in the spring,
and drink a lot of water.

Well basically I'm going throught a crazy teenage metabolim cause I could honestly eat six meals a day and still NEED a large bed time snack. My mom was going mental trying to keep me full over the summer. By August she was buying two foot long subs, one for me to get full, and the other to stay full.

Its funny I hardly get any exciersise (unless you count going fromt the couch to the compluter) In the summer I walk down to the Library everyday, and I normally walk home from school which is like 1.5miles.

I think the biggest thing is that my family is reather healthy when it comes to eating. Our idea of fast food is eithor, Indian Food, Subway or Noodles. We rarely eat anyting fried, and I haven't been in a McDonolds for at least five years. My mom basically cooks vegitarian, with fish a few times, and rarely chicken. If I ever want red meat I have to order it from a restruant.

I was lucky enough to go through a large growth spurt so I got rather thin. Its funny cause people always say how thin I am, but I never really think about it. I know I'm not over wieght, but for a long time I always assosiated "thin" with "buff" which I'm not. Any way, life is good ~ Rex

I walk to all of my classes on campus at my university, and that's seriously a lot of walking.
I walk up at least twenty or more flights of stairs a day.
I've been swimming a lot lately, and when winter comes I'll probably skate a lot and play a bit of hockey.

Gym (weights+cardio) ca three times a week, ballet once a week.
And, y'know, eat whatever hell I feel like. I'll burn it away later anyway, so what's the use in never eating anything sweet. I see no point in such self torturous activities.
