I sometimes use an exercise bike for and hour and do sittups when I wake up and just before I go to sleep. I'm almost vegan, I watch what I eat, don't eat after 5.00pm and fast on Sundays. |

i go to the gym two, sometimes three times a week for circuits. i walk dogs (not mine) nearly every day/when i can, and i walk to and from the bus stop every day (i would walk if i could, but my school's about 40 mins away by bus.) |
