I recently took up kickboxing.
Its really physically demanding, but is really rewarding. I always feel amazing after the class. Exhausted, but happy and healthy.

I don't do exercise to lose weight, i do it to tone up and feel good..

I run track and cross country and my coach is pretty intense so thats how I keep in shape

I'm vegetarian,and I'm trying to watch what I eat.
I'm also playing church softball,and we have practices at least once a week,and we'll have 1-3 games friday's and saturday's starting in 2 weeks.

I started doing this exercise machine-thingy lol.... I do each exercise 15 minutes and almost everyday.

food wise i'm a vegan and i have IBS, so i can't have things like coffee and popcorn. i also don't drink any form of soft-drink or alcohol, as well as only eating organic fruit and veg (it's one of my mum's things that she's passed on to me.) not eating white bread is also helpful.
exercise wise i do a 30-40 minute walk every afternoon, and i get on an exercise bike (almost) every morning for about 20 minutes. i try to do sit-ups before i go to bed as well.


quick question; can someone please tell me a good way to get rid of love-handles?!

Whatever else I feel like

Growing up I was really skinny and I guess I had a fast metabolism. And I suppose I still do but not as much any more. Oh, and my chest grew overnight.

i am not very into being healthy haha.
but i eat right (except candy and such) and i also go out to take a walk very often, i love being outside. and in school we have p.e. class, of course. i always take the stairs, but it's basically because of my fright for elevators, haha. but i love walking and so on.

I'm terrible at sports, so I do strength training and yoga with my beloved WiiFit. Although I've gotten a lot of injuries from cross-country running, I still run sometimes.

[font=3]I train Catslide at least once a week, and walk at least an hour every day. I also go to spinning classes once a week if my knees are up for it. Tomorrow I am playing squash for the first time (the first time I'm not just running around looking silly..though I might end up doing that anyway) - really looking forward to it! :]]

I'm in dance, and I do a good bit of walking. I don't really eat all that much, but what I do eat is fairly healthy. Once I get into university, though, there's a gym membership included in my tuition, so I'll start going there, too, which will be fantastic.

I walk to and from school which is about 25 minutes each way, I live in a very hilly suburb.
I also run (when I can be bothered) for at least 40 minutes, sometimes an hour, plus a decent amount of sit-ups.

i've started going to the gym recently, plus i have the biggest loser workout game (: i also dance a lot, and walk a lot, but not as much in winter. when it gets nicer out, i'm gonna walk and ride my bike a lot more :]

I take my dogs on a walk almost every day. I also prefer to walk most places I go rather than drive.

I started a diet a few weeks back, and that went down the drain.
I'm thinking of starting up again on March 1st.
I become scarily harsh on myself over time.
