I walk everywhere most days of the week (around campus, back and forth to town) and try to jog a few miles everyday when I get home.

at work i'm always on my feet running around.
and i take tae kwon do classes tuesdays and thursdays

taking the stairs instead of elevators
jog for 30 minutes twice a week
eat fruits and veges at least 4 days a week
cycle once a week
drink lots of warm water
and occasionally i'd do this...

you need to eat a lot tho. if not you'll end up losing weight.
