I saw it! I was so happy it got chosen. Every time their episode of Videos that Rock The World comes on, I watch it. Smells Like Teen Spirit was one of the songs that got me into them (along with In Bloom and Heart-Shaped Box, of course..) |

i personally prefer in utero...it's more musically diverse and i feel like they've experimented a lot for that one. |

Me and Kurt will get married in heaven
With a dead ceramony
And have a honeymoon
And then have little dead babies
And then cheat on him for Frank Iero
And neither will ever find out
Shhh!

In English class, we had to make a comparison of Oedipus (from the story Oedipus Rex) to like some modern-day celebrity, so I compared him to Kurt Cobain. It was pretty cool.

Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 4635 | March 10th, 2008 at 06:00am So I found out today that Dave Grohl was in Nirvana.
Wooooooah. Never knew that, wow.
But anyways, I was downloading Courtney Love songs and there was a sound clip of her reading Kurt's eulogy and it talked alot about how empathetic he was and I've just noticed a pattern of that between a bunch of musicians. Gerard, especially.
Does anyone else notice?
I can say, as a musician myself, that I can be very empathetic and it can be a very bad thing sometimes.
Well, my point is what do you guys think of that attributing to Kurt's personality and his "suicide"? |
