Gerard is dead" And I was like and then realised he wasn't [[Thank God!]] Then I got all upset and said to my Mum that I wanna go over to America RIGHT NOW and see if they're okay. I couldnt sleep that night with worry lol. awww. that was so sweet. and woah, my heart almost stopped when i read "OMG! Gerard is dead" if gerard died, i died too ! <3 that was scary. and i wanna go to america too hah.

I got some nasty burns on my shoulders from just the sun, and it took about 2-3 weeks for the blistering to go away. It is still obvious I was burned there though, the skin is discolored, and that was two months ago. His burn was an actual burn, so it is hard to say. As long as he does what he is supposed to, the damage shouldn't be permanent.

The statement poked fun at the gossip that surrounded the nature of their injuries, saying they were not injured in "car wrecks, monster attacks or alien abductions." While filming a new video, frontman Gerard Way and Bob Bryar were each injured. Gerard "tore multiple ligaments in his ankle" and Bob was subjected to "a bad burn" on the back of his leg. The band had tried to rehearse on Friday in preparation for Street Scene last Saturday, but the "pain was overwhelming." The band regrets that it was necessary as they "hate canceling shows" but the injuries were too bad. They promise to return to San Diego to make it up to their fans there.
