There are links at the top of the page. Click the one that says "My INO".
There will be a long menu on the left. Find the one that says Avatar to upload an avatar, or the one that says Profile Photo to add a picture to your profile. |

I recommend Imageshack.
After uploading it, get the link.
The direct link to image one.
Then, put the link in between [img] and [/img] |
