UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I posted my account of TBS's slot on the TBS thread, but lets just say: Adam + harmonica + me screaming "WE LOVE YOU ADAM"
= "I love you too"
:swoons:
Saosin were amazing; I was so close to Cove, and when Ben lifted me up Cove pointed at me and smiled :swoons once more: "Voices" was awesome, perfection.
Thursday, Underoath, Senses Fail and Anit Flag, were equally brilliant but the highlight of them was when Captain Anarchy got us all to scream "The people united will never be defeated" - Everyone was shouting; it was unbelievable.
Senses Fail did an amazing job of warming up the crowd, and the lead singer from Thursday succeeded in throwing a mircophone stand into the security guards pit thing. Signing session with Thursday was cool; they shook my hand XD
Underoath had a great set, but they were exhausted; I got a poster signed from them and they could barely remember their names. Overall, adorable =] |

I had so much fun, my mates and I were in front (slightly) in the mosh pit when UnderĂ˜ath played and my mate almost fell on the floor! It was crazy as...but I really loved it! TBS were so funny particularly Adam he sang the Justin Timberlake song (the new one -i dont know what's it called) ...and I had my dvd signed by UnderĂ˜ath...it was great...really great |

I love Concord Dawn.
I can't believe Fat Freddy's Drop won people's choice! I wanted Goodnight Nurse or Elemeno P to win.
Oh, and some awards I forgot to mention:
Highest selling album: Based on a True Story - Fat Freddy's Drop
Best Music video: Wandering Eye - Fat Freddy's Drop [directed by Mark Williams] |

I know of heaps of people who voted for them, multiple times. Including me.
The funny thing, everyone I know didn't vote for Fat Freddy's Drop.
Maybe they have a really secret army that always has money on their phones. They probably voted a million times each.
Bic Runga really deserved her award for best female solo artist. I think she's awesome.
Same with Concord Dawn & their award for best dance/electronica album. That is such a wicked cool album.
Juliagrace is very cool ^^;
I met her at Parachute, when I spilled my drink all over myself and she turned around and offered me a serviette xD
ROSITA VAI, wtf?!?
xDD
I can't believe that.
Ohmygosh.
We should keep buying boyband singles, like, heaps of them, so they win the award next year xDD |

It's so funny...You hear this teenie scream "WE LOVE YOU ADAM"...hehe...I'm sad to say it's me :is secretly ecstatic: EEP! I still don't want it to be over...TBS = LOVE almost as much as Saosin...and...:sigh: I want them back. |

Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 4065 | October 29th, 2006 at 02:27am Hm. So. I think this goes here.
I went to Sounds to get the t-shirt that was supposed to go with TBP,
but the only had Large & Extra large.
So I took the large, but I really wanty one that fits, but to get one, ill have to buy another copy of the album from The Warehouse and get a small from there =(.
So, If I get another copy from the Warehouse, and the Limited Edition Copy, ill have the CD three times.
Which is a huge waste of money. |
