Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 18584 | September 23rd, 2006 at 09:43pm I seen that today.. It doesn't look much like the Helena dress. I wouldn't pay $64 for that.. It's black and red. That's all I see that's similar.. Oh well.. Maybe I'm picky.. |

Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 608 | September 23rd, 2006 at 09:49pm I agree with Lemon...You can just waer a black dress and have a red satin belt/scarf/whatever around it and do ur hair and whatever....but it doesnt even look like Helena's dress. So just wear a black dress from Wal-mart or some shit and do it that way. |

I alread got my accessories for my costume, now all I need is a cape, which my mother is going to help me make. I've got nowhere to go to show it off, but all for the sake of the FREAKEN holiday, mayun! |

Age: 35 Gender: Female Posts: 3216 | September 23rd, 2006 at 11:01pm i like it. i wouldn't wear it, personally. but if you want to buy it for homecoming and then wear it for halloween, that might be a little more economical than just buying it for a halloween costume.
on a side note: i'm being a possessed little girl for halloween. |

1: I made my own version of Frankies "I'm a Monster" Tee shirt, I smudged the words and everything
2: I've pretty much decided I'm going as Gee for Halloween, I cut my hair today and i'm going to temparary dye the front black and i'm going to leave the back part blonde like he had for a while, I'm working on an outfit too... I'm pretty psyched XDDD |

Age: - Gender: - Posts: 565 | September 24th, 2006 at 09:58am that doesn't really look like Helena's dress... I think we're all crafty enough here on INO to make one that does look like the real thing, for a fraction of the price |

Nevertheless, it's a very pretty dress.
I like it. :]
But I would never come up with the money, by myself, to purchase it, either. |

I have a homecoming dress that is all black and a little bit poofy at the bottom. It's strapless too.
I could just add a big, red, satin belt to the middle and sow some red material to the inside bottom of it and then it'd look more like the Helena dress than this dress from Hot Topic would.
Wow. I agree with everyone else. The only similiarity is the black and red. |
