Radio 1!
Recently, BBC Radio 1 contacted me asking if I knew of any MCR fans from New Jersey. The reason is, on BBC Radio 1, April 2nd at 7pm, there will be a My Chemical Romance documentary special broadcast on air, there will be an interview with the band, a live gig from the band and interviews with New Jersey fans about the band and the place they grew up so make sure you give it a listen! I'll remind you again closer to the date.
Eeeek I'm so excited!!!

Age: 32 Gender: Female Posts: 20910 | March 16th, 2007 at 06:29am I hope it's something special because that would be amazing! But I keep thinking they'll just pre-record one of the live shows and play that instead, but I hope I'm wrong!

Age: 46 Gender: Female Posts: 363 | March 16th, 2007 at 07:12am ^They quite often do special intimate gigs for these things - they'll usually run competitions for tickets in the week leading up to it. Damn, this means I have to start listening to Radio 1 again! |

They did the same with RHCP (check my post on the other page), where they did a special gig in London and you won tickets on the Radio and then Zane Lowe did the documentary, an interview and played the gig on his show!
