I just went to JB Hi-Fi for a usual CD check up & on this huge blackboard as I walking in it told me in yellow chalk that the My Chemical Romance would be released on October 21st. That's two days before the international date, and three days before the Americans get it! It also said that "Get it first at JB Hi Fi" so I assume it'll be the first place to release it in Australia. Don't quote me on that, though. It's just speculation.
But check out your local JB to confirm the date in the future. This was in Frankston, Victoria, so I'm not sure about the other states or stores but I assume it's the same.
& Just in case you weren't aware that's two weeks exactly from today. =] |

I know 'cause I completely spazzed out right there.
But I'm just not sure if that goes for all JB stores Australia wide. My best advice is for you to check their local, ring 'em or whatever. All I know is my local is releasing it the 21st. =]

According to the flyer's I've been commisioned to send out, the official release date in australia, is the 28th.
So, I'm mightly confused, and now I'll have to tell people I hand out the stickers and shit to that its "Subject to change."

Basically, the store I pre-ordered from had only ordered ten in from America, so I'll get my album 6-12 weeks from the official release date.
It costs around $65 - $70, and obviously comes with the book as well as the new album... |
