i believe that the government can help and hinder. We need someone to run the country but we need them to listen to what we have to say.

on the whole though, i agree with anarchy, it usually takes someone anarchaic to bring something to the governments attention.

I agree completely. I think realistically we need someone in charge, but they have to represent the people they elect, not make the bull shit false promises that I see every day.

But I think anarchy is great in theory...realistically, I just don't think it would truly work.

Those who are merely becoming anarchists to follow the trend, need to look up the definition and need to make their own decisions.

Now, for those who are anarchists; I find it boring and disrespectful- This is to those who choose to repeatedly insult the government and the cause.

People have died for the cause. Families, individuals, society, etc. have been effected by the cause. Those who choose to state 'Well that's why they should become anarchists' need to acknowledge a different perspective, desperately. The beliefs of fighting for freedom, for civil rights, etc. can't just merely be disregarded. For freedom is definitely not one thing. It's not free.

I didnt pick it up cause it was a trend i believe in it i dont believe in Goverment cause usually we have some dumbass in office doing what he find's acceptable which damages society if there was a president who acctually understanded society and what it's like on the streets it would make everyone feel safer

She didn't say you were an anarchist because of a trend.

And two: I think you are only comparing goverment, to the way America runs the country- look up other type of goverments; communism, socialism, democracy, monarchy. Point is, without order and structure, countries would be doomed to mayham and destruction.

the government doesn't listen to what we say. if they did this country would be running alot easier and we wouldn't be hated as much. That's why I'm moving to Canada!...no, no...I have to stay here. We all have to make a difference and stay here and not move to Canada, or everyone is doomed here.

My brother has been telling me this my whole life that no matter how much the vote is, they put who they want in the white house. sometimes I think that it's true. Sad to think that we have no say anymore, huh?
So basically when I'm legal and can vote, I won't. Obviously I have no say in what goes on.

so, as you can tell, I believe in Anarchy. What I believe with the chaos and all is that is how the government will start to listen.

just what I believe in.
It might sound stupid to some of you.

Once again, you are just focusing on one kind of goverment- Capilism. You know there are millions of other goverments; what about those? And you are saying with anarchy would bring a better goverment- anarchist don't believe in any kinds of goverment.

Those who don't actually take the time to vote and who take the voting ability for granted need to face reality.

America's goverment is not the only goverment. What about other types of goverment?

What about the types of goverment, who will not even give you the right to vote?

I'm not focusing on Capitalism.
Where I live it's democracy...I just know it doesn't seem to be helping they way we live.

Yes, no government would be the world to me! Maybe if enough people realize most government, actually all, are going no where they'll be Anarchists also.

Then what?

Chaos, destruction? People looting and stealing because of the lack of rules.

Hey I know goverment is screwed up, and sometimes has a miscommunication with the people, but in a sense we need some control, or else we will be the same as animals. Plus I don't think any of you know the real meaning of Anarchy.

1. a state of society without government or law.
2. political and social disorder due to the absence of governmental control: The death of the king was followed by a year of anarchy.
3. a theory that regards the absence of all direct or coercive government as a political ideal and that proposes the cooperative and voluntary association of individuals and groups as the principal mode of organized society.
4. confusion; chaos; disorder: Intellectual and moral anarchy followed his loss of faith.

those are the definitions. The first one is what most people here probably want.

I don't think that anarchy would solve anything. With no form of government, there would be chaos. That is, until a brutal dictatorship killed itself into power. For there to be order, there has to be government and rules.

Government isn't the problem. Corruption is.

You know how the old saying goes; "Absolute power corrupts absolutely"

Actually I've never heard that saying...I must have a deprived life.
Lol.

Anyway...I bet my views will change within a few years. I don't think anyone's stay with them long until they're adults. Even then they don't stay.

All I really want is there to be somewhat peace. Just a little bit. I'm getting tired of this war shit. I know, I'm complaining, but that's just me.

^That's the farthest thing in the world from anarchy.

And the least obtainable. Humans are destined to hate, kill, act out and defy, and there is nothing that can be done to prevent it.

We're screwed.

yeah I know...I just have mixed feelings and shit.
One side of me wants Anarchy, one side wants alittle bit of peace.
Or maybe I just wanna be left alone.
I have no clue.

yeah...I just wanna be left alone. so yeah...screw this world we're destined to be born, live, and die alone - and just make differences on the way.

I'm just fucked in the head with my views.

No, there's nothing wrong with your views or your head. Most people, at one point or another, want to rebel. They want to scream, they want violence, they want to break the rules. Which is why anarchy is so popular. But everyone also wants that little piece of peace, that small slice of paradise.

It is in our nature to want what we cannot have.
