...maybe...we never did pay for the full production show. Maybe...Frontier people have been hushed about the change of plans before the tickets were sold...maybe, that explains the relatively cheap tickets...because, we never paid for all the fireworks & fancy stuff.

...murky waters. Dark times. Anticlimax. Mysteries within the inner circle we'd never know answers to.

wotif...we're just assuming all this. And on the night, we see the reincarnation of the Black Parade??! Wow I mean, that set list there was a european one.

(what's the 'eleven' thing?)

I'm pretty sure they can't do that. I mean, sure, Gee said that we'd get the full show, which doesn't mean much. But all the ads for the show spoke about us getting the full production, too. It's false advertising.

We better get the full show. Can I officially join the list of those apathetic about the show now? Apathetic and pissed off. Oh how I love the contadiction.

Im kinda not feeling excited as I thought I would be. Mainly with everything that is being said is making me all like "ohh dang, I'll be fair shattered."
But I guess I'll just wait and see.

yeah i think i finally have to admit, the enthusiam for this show has scrunched up in a little ball and died. i wanted this show to be amazing, i wanted it to be The Black Parade production, thats one of the things i loved about MCR the visual element effort and now it's like 'fo shizz, we decided we couldn't be screwed to do the show but hey if you're lucky we might wander around aimlessly on the stage for a bit, ok'

i love your drawings earth2themorgue! the patterning & details are really creative...lol you give them the right attitude too Very Happy

thanks Very Happy

i dont mind if they dont do the full Black Parade show. why do they need to have pyrotechnics and confetti and fireworks to put on an amazing show? im just grateful their even coming back here.

think of how many other shows you've seen from other bands where they just put on a show without any of that fancy shit. did you enjoy it? if its good enough for other bands, its good enough for MCR.

The fact of the matter is that they've done the plain shows here. Numerous times. We never got any of the Revenge shows what with the costumes and the props and the theatrics etc and it was like okay, fine, it's their first time here, what do you expect. [We didn't even get Bullet era, period] Then comes The Black Parade and they put on a spectacular show everywhere else and we see it and go "Oh wow, that's amazing, I can't wait to see that." Then then they go "Oh, sorry, your country isn't good enough for that."

I've seen the plain show. Three times. I'd like something different, something other that the run of the mill performance. I want visuals that make you go "Wow, now that was amazing."

Don't get me wrong. I love MCR. They're possibly my favourite band. I 'know' them better than any other band at the very least. I'd see them no matter what and I'd do anything to see them. But it kind of sucks arse when they break promises to you. It's like them saying "You matter so little to us as fans we don't mind lying to you."

Sometimes bands forget that the only reason they're standing up there is because of the crowd in front of them.

So, after reading these scans I think it's offical we aren't getting full production. Frank talks about it in the third scan with Gigs written at the top.

Oh that's just peachy. Neutral

Because I'm clinging to silver lining, I couldn't help but notice the part where he said they were going 'back to [their] roots'.

More Bullets? Unless they've decided their roots begin at Revenge...

what frank said in that article up there just stabbed me in my throat. "The Black Parad was killed in Mexico". Ok. now we can stop guessing at least. They didn't even mention Australia- they just said "it's good ending the tour in Europe and UK". I would just like to ask one thing of MCR- give us Aussies down here more respect. At least you would realise we do take up an entire continent if the population doesn't match up to other countries.

what a load of shit the black parade advertising was. Don't bother advertising the plain show with the Black Parade poster. It's misleading. I'm happy to buy tickets to a show advertised with My Chemical Romance scrawled out on the poster. I am pissed from their dishonesty and there isn't a word of apology or explanation yet.

ha. Frank was trying to make their plain shows sound just as good for those who didn't get the full production. "more rock and my chem to deal with". Gees i'm sorry Frank but don't try that smart talk.

Part of the reason why i'm still stupidly super excited about seeing MCR is that i've been living 2007 for seeing MCR a 2nd time. I'm nuts- i wake up every morning & tell myself i need to get through the day to bring myself closer to Nov30th. I know & I still believe, seeing & hearing MCR live will be better than anything that's happened in this year. Simply because i love their music and Gerard's singing. I'm not letting myself get disappointed...there's nothing else that would be my day to day motivation...sorry that's such a blantantly honest confession

nah that "back to their roots" part was only said to keep those who didn't get the full production all happy little vegemites. Unfortunately i doubt if they know that there are true fans who hang on to every bit of their news. I'm starting to feel- they are such a big band now & they get interviewed so much, they can't be stuffed to explain things clearly.

I agree with you, CAcT '-.-' tux. Just because we don't live in the ~*UK, doesn't mean they can rip us off and give us a watered-down version of the concert.

Too bad for them if they're over the whole Black Parade production, we should get what we were promised and paid for, just like the rest of the world.

It's so fucking stupid.
If they weren't going to deliver the full Black Parade show, they shouldn't have said how excited they were to be bringing it to Australia.
Simple as that.

Why the fuck are they bothering to come back again if they are just going to do the same thing they did the first 2 times.
Actually, they won't be doing the same thing they did the first time... BECAUSE THEY AREN'T EVEN DOING BULLETS .
NOT HAPPY.

But lolz.
I'd like to see them in the Entertainment Centre with like, no theatrical aspect.
That's what was going to make them look really big.
Now they're just going to look like a band that is full of themselves, & completely overconfident.
Oh wait... that's what they are.

only since the beginning of november? i started counting down from 100 days.

now that the Black Parade is already killed, I don't feel like wearing the BP shirt to mcr anymore. In fact it's time i should travel back in time and get a Revenge shirt. The one with the circle of guns. Yum...

lmaolmao, I agree so hard.

I'm so glad they're no longer my favourite band, because I know how dissapointed I would've felt about it.

^^ Haha, I counted down from 146 =P I got given so much crap for that.

But I have to pull you up on one thing; keep in mind that that was a UK interviewer whom Frank was talking to. He's not about to go talking about how excited they are to go to Australia in an interview for UK magazine - the readers don't care. He'll save that for the Australian interviews.

Grrr. Even chucking in Headfirst for Halos which is my favourite MCR song, isn't gonna stop me being pissed off. Sure, the show will be great, they are a great band, blah, blah, blah. But I don't like being lied to, and we were promised the full Black Parade show, if they didn't have any intention of bringing it here, they should have just told us to begin with what it is we were paying for.
"2007’s return of My Chemical Romance promises to be one of the biggest arena spectaculars for the year. " hmmm. Maybe that should say
"2007's return of My Chemical Romance promises to be just like the shows they played in January, and to show just how little they value their fans down under."

Seriously, MCR can go fuck themselves.
I might as well go home after TGP perform.
The only reason why I bought tickets for it, was because I wanted to see the "whole production"

Haha, that's so true Ellie.

Tbh, it's really overpriced if we're not getting the whole production.
It was what, $63, and compare that to say, Soundwave which was only $99.
Soundwave >>>>>>>>>> MCR.
