the 'so shut your eyes, kiss me goodbye and sleep' bit? sounds like its coming from the visitor to the cancer patient rather than the cancer paitent himself.

Im sure this has been answered before? Well I cant find it so anyway, a b side is only released with a single. The B side for "welcome to the black parade" can only be found on the "single" copy of this song, not on the album. The same will happen with famous last words, when it comes out you will find the other B side there, and so on. Singles dont always have B sides, but as we know these two do.
