Thinking Happy Thoughts Age: 29 Gender: Male Posts: 500	November 1st, 2006 at 10:03pm a couple weeks ago i asked my crush out on msn and she said no and today i found out it wasnt her on msn those weeks ago and then my friend found out that i got shot down and he made fun of me and i got angry at her because she promised not to tell anyone but that wasnt her and she told me that and she proved it and then we had a big coversation and she said "mabie" she would go out with me but im broke and shes broke so only date was the halloween dance but thats over so im screwed and the worst part is... she went to the dance with my best friend. im sad in both ways

It does get awkward for people our age, yes. Most girls (myself included) feel its more proper for the guy to ask the girl. You'll find a few girls who do ask, but probably not many. Luckily, I go to school with 12-18 year olds, so people are a lot more mature, its so much easier.

But he just told me sunday he had a girlfriend, hes been going out with her since friday and he told me he liked me on Wednesday. I was so torn up when he told me, i cried for the longest time. Then on Monday he was telling me how he doesn't want to go trick or treating with me cuz he would loose self control and try to kiss me or something and he doesnt want that happening, i cried till i couldn't anymore. it hurt so bad. so i'm done with him for a while. till he can really decide WHO he wants to be with. he makes no sense to me. boys suck.

The fact that I like him aside, and speaking solely as a friend, its time to give this girl the push.

I didn't think he was someone that could be affected like that by some girl. & he went out with her for like...two months or more. I'm kind of glad he broke up with her. Cause if he didn't we wouldn't have had that mad night at After The Fall. I had sooo much fun with him. & he was so sweet! & just recently he told me that he loved being at After The Fall with me. & that he went to kiss me but my hair was in the way. He's so gorgeous.
