First, go to the Selection Tool > click the arrow and do "Custom Selection". Make sure it`s a "Point-to-Point" selection. 2. Carefully select the part of the image that you want to keep colored. 3. After your done selecting, go to Selections > Invert. 4. Then go to Image > Greyscale. That should do it. =)

It took me a while to get used to it, but I'm very familiar with it now. For tutorials, I suggest here, because they got me started on my PhotoShop skillz, haha. Oh, and Trisha is basically my sensei because she's the one that got me hooked on this. I mainly use color layers and brushes to help make my graphics look purdy. And textures, but that's rarely. Some of my stuff is: One. Not me, I swear. XD Two. Not me again. >.>;; Three. Four. And a crapload of others that I'll upload later.
