^ Yes I did.  That, and Brian May was/is a guitar god. Such dramatic, flying solos he had.
Okay, so I put Freddie Mercury on the mural, and it looks quite nice. A lot of people at my school was like..."Who's that?"
It just horrifies me that he's so unkown. Those kids probably know 'Ice Ice Baby' by Vanilla Ice and have no idea the bass opening was from Under Pressure. |

Ugh that pissed me off the second it was released! All the rap fans were like "Oh cool riff" and I was like "It's Brian May's riff! He stole it!" and they were like "Who?" I wanted to kill everyone.
BTW did anyone catch the VH1 Rock Awards thing? How much fun were the Foo Fighters having jamming with them - it was contagious! |

I admire and love Freddie so much when I think and imagine the moment the news of his death came, tears starts swelling in my eyes. If anything happened to any of my current living idols, I'd be in a horrible state. Gah..it's too horrible to imagine! |

I was born in '87, so I was like four when Freddie died. I couldn't be excited when they released their songs as I didn't know them then.
With MCR, I can collect all the albums and singles when they come out.
I do have a massive Queen CD/cassette/vinyl collection including some very rare stuff. |

I love Queen. I grew up listening to them and I admire them so much.
Their music is beautiful and Freddie's voice was amazing. He was the best frontman ever. |
