I've read that somewhere but now I don't remember. It's a Henry Rollins thing, to summarize. "Search for what you want out of life and destroy any obstacle that gets in your way." It was Rollins' life's philosophy. Frank's talked about how big of an impact Black Flag had on him, so I'm assuming that quote stuck with him, too. Sorry, I'm giving you just rough information that I've picked up from over the years. I'm pretty sure there's an article on it somewhere, as to why Frank got it. I'll try to find it for you if you're interested.
