I don't know where you've been looking but I've found lots of band t-shirts, posters, LOTMS and lots of MCR stuff in Canada.

They don't make any mistakes with names, dates, anything. From what I remember. I finished it a while ago. And it's good because on almost every page there's a quote, in big text. It kinda gives you an idea of what you're about to read. And it has great pictures I was actually kinda bummed when it finished =]
