Yeah, it's lame. I heard some comity had to screen the nominees and apparently they don't think MCR is appropriate or something, so that's why MCR 'isn't' nominated. LAME LAME LAME. But it's probably better. MTV isn't cool enough for MCR anyways. The only thing I'm sad about is not being able to see them on the show and I wonder if they're sad they weren't nominated.
Edit: And yeah, I'm so sick of Fergie and Hilary Duff winning. How about the bands that actually talk about important things. Not 'just do with love' or 'I'm fergalicious'. WTF.
