My mom is letting me get one but she said it can't be about MCR so I had to find something that she wouldn't know is MCR so i'm going to be getting a vampire bat on my back, on, like, my shoulder blade (AND I AM SO EXCITED) 
I think that, later, when I'm 18 (unless my mother lets me before than) I'll get the words "Unleash The Bats' and/or "Vampires Will Never Hurt You" around it...but idk whatever.

It depends on the scarring as all skin/wounds heal differently.
If the scar tissue is particularly raised, it's more unlikely that the tattoo will be particularly succesful. You really just have to talk to a tattoo artist about it. |

It says 'iero'
I've had it for over two years now and I still love it just as much as I did on day 1 =D
I'm gonna get another one too, I don't know when, but I have to wait until I turn 18.. which is in like August 2010... it's so far away D:
Anyway, it's going to be on the bottom side of my left wrist and it's going to be a barcode that has the word 'CHEMICAL' (instead of numbers)
There's a whole big story behind it, but I won't tell you it because it's pretty boring lol. Ah, I seriously can't wait! |

depends what type of scars they are.
if they're really raised or keloids, you can't tattoo over them.
anyway, seeming as you're only 14, by the time your 18 they will have faded A LOT.
especially if you go out in the sun.
you wouldn't be able to get a lot of detail into it and it's likely to fade a lot. |
