Okay...I suggest we put a playlist on the site with nothing but the MCR songs....every last on eof them and since the playlist spaces have gotten bigger it's not unrealistic

It's up to the user what song they want to put on there, I think.

And, wouldn't it take up an awful lot of server space? I'm no good at ICT, I don't know if it would or not...
And it'd have to be constantly updated with every new song or demo or whatever. There are songs like "The World Is Ugly" where there are no good version of and there are many, many attic demos.
In my opinion, it'd just be a bit of a nuisance, tbh.
Plus, why would we need it as a dedication? This entire site is dedicated to MCR.

Thanks for the idea but to be honest, at present I dont think we need it. This is a fansite, not an official MCR site. I have a feeling there would be copyright issues to stop us using the music at any rate, plus, if you want to listen to a selection of their tracks I suggest you go to mychemicalromance.com
It would just cause more problems with the servers anyways.

How about a Poll section somewere?
Like, On the my INO page or something there could be a question with multiple answeres, The questions could range from anything like MCR or current events, The polls could run for a week and then end of the week the results could be published, Kind of like this
I dont feel like I've properly explained my self.. And I tottally understand if it's a bad idea.

they shouldn't be able to make topics.
Because we can't see their posts, but they're still able to make topics.

yeah, this would be handy.
and it would avoid the thing anonymous did, where they took advantage of it and just filled the board up with new topics, using those line by line to make a message.
yes, it avoids images, but a lot can still be put in words that you wouldn't want.
and also, it's hard for us to tell if it's a troll or not, and to report it.
I mean, you guys can find and deal with it fine, but it slows things down, since there's no report button, we don't know the content, and a lot of trolls disguise the topics as something normal.

i've been thinking about something. since we have the little green triangle next to our username, couldnt we switch from green to red if we are away or a yellow to show that we are busy and so on, like on msn?
its kinda heard to explain, but lets say that im doing my homework, while im on ino. then i want to switch from online to busy and showing that with a yellow triangle instead of the green.
just a thought. (:

I like the idea of it, but I think the actual execution of it would be kinda difficult.
I, personally, wouldn't want to go through the trouble of clicking (probably all the way back into the Message Board Settings of My INO page) just to set myself 'away' or 'busy'. It seems like too much hassle, when I could just say, "Hey, I'm gonna go do my homework. Be back later," or something equally as effective.
That, and with all the clicking and web-pages to load, it might not help people with a slower internet connection or an older computer (the latter of which I have, and it makes loading pages painfully difficult sometimes).
I think the idea is great, just I don't think it would be very easy to do.
i agree. In theory it's a good idea but in reality i don't know how useful it'll be. I mean, we don't have instant messaging on here so i don't think there is much use for the change of the symbol at present.

You know how on profiles, there's links to places (like the message board, and the main page on INO) at the top, and then link to the same places at the side of the page? Would it be possible for the new layout to not have the side links there? The only thing you'd have to move really is the "News" link from the side of the page to the top with the other links.

I do get what you said I just don't understand why? There are lots of links there that aren't on the top of the page, eg. Fanart, wallpapers, lyrics, discography etc. Why do you think we should remove them?
