Joining The Black Parade

On the 29th of January, 2007 at 3:00pm AEST Melbourne will have it's very own Black Parade.
The Australian MCRmy hopes you've all had a wonderful Christmas and New Years. We've had a wonderful holiday, but now it's time to get back to work.
On the 29th of January, 2007 at 3:00pm AEST, Melbourne will have it's very own Black Parade.
We've been planning this event for a very long time, and finally we can give out the full details.
We're inviting every single MCRmy member in the vicinity (and all of their friends) to join us in a march through the Melbourne CBD on the 29th of January to show My Chemical Romance just how much Australia loves them. We will be meeting at Flagstaff Gardens (flagstaff station, for those who catch the train) on the corner of William Street and A'Beckett Street, and marching down Bourke Street Mall.
Later this month, we will be organising an Australia-wide banner making day and showing you all how to make white face masks and paint your face up (in the patented MCR style) for the parade.
Don't forget that My Chemical Romance, themselves will be in the city, so march tall and proud.

JANUARY 29, 2007
3:00PM
Meet at: Flagstaff Gardens; the corner of William Street and A'Beckett Street
(whereis.com is your friend if you need a map)
Wear: The theme is black and white. Wear Parade costumes, Military, MCR shirts, black and white and/or face paint.
Bring: Black Parade banners, black and silver balloons and posters. Marching drums and/or easy to carry instruments that you can march with.
SPREAD THE WORD!

P.S. All of the organisers ARE going to the concert that night. Flasgstaff gardens is two blocks away from the venue and the parade will finish with MORE than enough time to find something to eat and line up early. We hope to see you there! |

You should come to the next MCRmy organised event. The best one was when we spray-painted the city at 1am with "The Black Parade" everywhere xD |
