03/15/2007 - Oakland, CA - ORACLE Arena

I am going to the March 14th - Fresno, California show. And since I am told the seating is almost gone, I know I cannot be alone in going to that particular show. But it seems that way when I ask in other topics.

So here is a new topic for California in general, and I hope some of you will be joining me if you live in/around Fresno, CA!

Lucky you say? Being 21 means you buy tickets yourself! LOL! That was a bit expensive...since one cannot go without ones boyfriend unless one knocks him unconcious and ties him up while going to the show....and yeah, that's frowned upon.

Going the day after, Oakland Arena with a couple of friends!
I'd love to go to all their Cali shows, but that'd cost way too much...

If this topic was started first, why isn't it the one kept out first. Not that I don't appriciate people cleaning things up, but I don't like people messing with my words. Ok thanks.

EDIT: Also, the other forum which is posted on here which "could be used as the Fresno show one" was about ticket sales, and is therefore now void. And could be deleated. Please don't mess with my words, moderator, I don't want to get in trouble with certain people who might care about my words. Thanks.

Anyway moving on... I'm going to the Oakland show because it's the closest and it's what I could get time off for. Good thing too because I'm supposed to go and see AFI the week before here in Eureka.

My mom's even letting me get out of school at lunch so I can get there way earlier than I would have if I just get out of school then go there, cause I'm about an hours drive from the venue

Anyways, I'm floor, getting there in the morning around 7 AM. Ditching school... and half-camping out...>_>

^ is the floor first come first serve or do ur tickets assign you to certain sections? cuz i know there is sections a,b,c,d

First come first serve, hence me going early (only because I can't camp out the night before). On my ticket, it just had numbers, like GA6, 169, and stuff, not the section a,b,c,d.

did any one get backstage passes to this concert?

Hm...only three days left. Time has never been so slow. x_x

I was supposed to get there early in the morning but this morning I got a surprise. I caught the flu! So I'll be getting there a couple hours before showtime 'cause I don't want to risk getting sicker by being out all day. I shouldn't be going at all but what can I say? I'm an idiot.

Ooh, that sucks. You're not an idiot--I'd probably still be out all day even if I was sick!

Hey everyone! Going to the show tonight. Does anyone know what time MCR will take the stage? I'm going to be late and probably miss Rise Against but I do not want to miss the beginning of MCR.
