Then I thought, having been written with other stuff in TBP, it's about the patient and his view on the world and his apparent death, and wanting just to be back with the one he loves. However, the more I hear it, and simply even going by Gerard's tone in it, I'm really leaning towards the idea that it's about fans.  |

The lyric as a whole, I think, addresses a lot of different issues around them. To me, the lyrics say that MCR are conscious of things that goes around them, what people are saying about them, the fans, and things like that.
I could probably do a line by line analysis and write an essay complete with a thesis…but I’m not that insane… |
