Posts: 19 | December 9th, 2007 at 02:34am MCR opened for A7X on May 5, 2004 in Phoenix, Arizona. It was an early eighth grade graduation gift. My parents though graduating to high school meant I was old enough to make my own decisions. Finally some freedom! I rode a greyhound bus from Tucson to Phoenix (missing an entire day of school) and I went to the concert. Alone. Mistake number one. Always take friends. Mistake number two. A thirteen year old girl alone at an A7X concert? Not exactly a genius moment. I didn't even know who MCR was. I had bought the ticket for A7X. So anyways, I knew nothing about the pit set up (you know you're squished like sardines, mosh pits, circle pits, ect?) I knew nothing about it. So I though okay...When they mosh, I'll mosh with and through them. Mistake number three. I lost my balance, fell, and had my pinky finger stepped on. Come to find out two days later, it was broken. So I'm now packed like a sardine in the front. Well, I had eaten only about an hour before. Mistake number four. Almost vomited from all the...closeness. I got a guy to lift me up so I could crowd surf out though. Some concert kids are friendly. = ) So I ended up throwing up in a bathroom stall, and diving back in for more. Except this time I found where I truly belong at concerts. The front row left corner, usually where the guitar player stands. = p Yummy. I bussed home too and missed two more days of school, the next day, and then the day after to have my finger looked at. That's my first concert story. Oh, and I got patted down for the first time, spent fifty dollars on merch, and smelled beer and pot for the first time. Despite all the negative, I wouldn't change anything that happened for the world. I credit my current love of MCR is A7X. = ) |

But my first MCR gig.. was at wembley arena 30th march.. MAN everything went wrong.. the security thought i wasnt okay so they took me out of the pit after thursday had left the stage.. and i didnt wanna get out!!!
then i missed the gurney come on and the WHOLE of 'the end' because the secruity were being general wankers deciding what to do with me.. in the end i just ran down the corridor and saw gerard way for the FIRST time and i nearly blacked out (fangirl moment) haha, then they took me back and made me go RIGHT at the back of the standing pit.. so i couldnt see a thing.. i saw glances of ray's fro every now and then.. it was SO depressing.. i had been waiting 5 months to go 
the amount of videos i had watched of the gurney coming on and spazzing over it lol.

Well techinically i didn't MEET ray but i got his autograph he didnt say a word to me, but frank talked to me for like.. 1 minute :O:O:O lol.
