Last year I had a 7 hour gap - one class at 9, the next at 5:15. Tuesdays were the bane of my existence. I could've gone home, but I didn't like making it 6 hours total on a train in one day.
I'm already over Uni lol. Really, I don't mind it when I'm there, love it in fact. But when I'm at home I don't wanna leave.
My Chemistry lecturer sucks pretty bad - people were throwing paper airplanes at him today. |

Age: 36 Gender: Female Posts: 493 | July 25th, 2007 at 01:29pm I've been really lucky with my timetable - on mondays and tuesdays I start at 10 and finish around 2 and on thursday and friday I start at 12 and finish at 4.
I'm quite happy with the assessments for this semester - except for two subjects I have 30% mids and 70% final exams 0_0 At least I don't have 3 hellishly huge assignments to do like I did last semester. |

That's the exact same with Journalism at my uni lol
The lecturer is mexican & speaks reallyreally fast, so after 5 minutes you just give up on trying to understand,
I have no idea who my tutor is yet, but I'm pretty sure nobody who does Journalism understands English properly DX
There were so many grammatical mistakes in my unit outline.
I was pissed off.
I'm like, a spelling & grammar nazi XD

I officially have the worst timetable i've ever had.
I found out my elective runs from 5-8pm & that's the only thing i have the whole day. That is stupid. They didn't state it was a night class. At least i get long weekends- sat, sun, mon & tues daytime.
the thought of my holidays ending soon is haunting me. Uni is like a looming shadow of an ugly green monster. |

Lol, that's true XD
I was just downloading my unit outlines, so I can go & buy whatever I need on the weekend, and for one of my subjects, it says I need a scalpel o.0
Edit- And, for another subject, I have to do a 'kissing survey'
WHAT THE FUCK

I have no idea whatsoever!
I was trying to figure that out earlier, but I gave up XD
So random. And irrelevant to the whole course.

Ummmm, 'Design Thinking', I think, either that or 'Communications Research'.
Either way, one has a scalpel, and the other has a kissing survey XDDD

speaking of dangerous tools...I carry a stiletto around. It's a 10cm long sharp metal stick with a wooden handle. |

I screwed up my timetable, I have 2 subjects at the same time =/
PR is so effing funny.
We got this massive lecture about how we are expected to have perfect spelling & grammar & all that stuff, and then I was reading the unit outline, and we have an assignment due on the "22th of October".
I couldn't stop giggling XD
And then, the lecturer randomly stopped whatever she was saying & said "oh, and I'm not fat, I'm just pregnant". That made me laugh even more.
Suffice to say, she doesn't like me and my loudness.

I have 2 lectures at the same time this semester. I just skip one and catch up later.
11 hour days ruin my life. Just quietly. [/whinge] |
