Mine is 45 minutes ):
Kinda ghey considering the class only goes for like an hour.
I seriously want to know why the lecturer gets paid, when it's the students that do all the work for this subject lol.

I know! I have no idea how I'm supposed to go on about the topic for that long =/
I'll probably end up repeating myself a million times lol.
Thanks (:

It's going alright, but I don't think it's long enough.
It might be ok if I can somehow get a class discussion going lol

Good luck with yours too!

Mine's on Publics, Counterpublics, and Democracy.
Farrrrk, it's so boring.
It took me about a week to read the two chapters in the textbook that relate to it, because it's just so bland.

Hahah, I'm studying all that at the moment too xD
I don't mind that subject though, because I still remember a whole heap of stuff from Legal Studies at school, and it makes me feel smart lol

Hahaha, lucky. I have dad's FOI notes... but they're all very law-based, as opposed to media-based. I'm still going on the second of two chapters that I'm supposed to have read... ARGH. I'm hoping that the lecture tomorrow will tell me things.

.... 45 minutes? Neutral

Haha. Good luck.

If I had to do that I would drop out of the subject. For serious.

Haha, it was actually surprisingly bearable.
This morning I was dreading it more than anything, I was stressing out so much, but when I was doing it it wasn't too bad.
That said, I wouldn't want to do it again, or not for quite a while lol.

I just got a nice surprise, the assignment that I thought was due tomorrow is actually due on Thursday (:

how can you study that stuff...
it would go 'wooosh' over my braindead head.
even at the last lecture I went to (which was my last ever fashion design lecture ahahha) the guy was going on about the marketing side of fashion and I ended up droodling the Umbrella Academy characters and 'woke up' in the end & realised everything's flown over my head.

i'm studying shakespeare on my own now...& reading about theatre...later i'll watch a couple of shows & take art lessons Very Happy

This is so boring. I do not care about how compliant bureaucracies are with FOI requests. I DON'T CARE. And it's going on about journalism and PR and how it relates to freedom of information... I don't even know if we have to talk about it in the presentation!

But you know, even if I'd had weeks to do this assignment, I would be doing this very thing. Because I always leave things til the last minute. Hehehehe GO ME.

Ahahahaha, we did all that FOI stuff last week xD
If you need anything more on it, just let me know because our lecturer gave us 923749845384539572 links/powerpoints/media watch clips on it

Hahaha, thanks.
I'm glad that's over now though.
It didn't go tooooo badly, I was up til 6, went to bed for an hour, and got up at 7 to finish it XD
Then before I did the presentation, the tutor went through the criteria for assessment (because it's half peer-assessed, half tutor), and I'd pretty much done everything wrong. Oh well. That's 25% out of the way already, and it's only week three!

Lol, man that'd be good to have such a big chunk of it out of the way so early!
So far I've only got 7.5% out of the way in one subject, and 10% in another.

7.5% is a ridiculous amount tbh.

Even without uni now, I too, procrastinate over the work I give myself LOL.

I went in yesterday & said goodbye to uni Laughing it's weird, cuz there hasn't been a word from the teachers/admin that confirmed they got my withdrawal notice. UTS sucks.

& funny that, my uni friend reminded me that last year I said I'd form a band one day called "the Uni Dropouts". Now I have to find the right people ahahha.

I'm doing this survey for Uni and got the following question:

Please mark the reason/s for your visit to the library
Photocopying
Studying
Access online library services
Socialise/meetings
Web
Other (please specify)

... anyone notice the absence of the most important reason? To borrow books. :/
