The city of Melbourne boasts many wonderful things.

There's Retrostar, which is a vintage clothes shop (you have to raid the shit out of it to find good stuff, though, 'cause most of it is just dust and smell) and it has a massive range of band merch.

Off Ya Tree, as someone already said. There's Peril, too, which is an underground store that will give any sane person the wiggins. But it has some character and is fun to browse in.

There's Minotaur, which is a comic nerd's wet dream. I'm not one myself but I'm a Buffy and Angel geek so there's an entire range there that makes me very happy in the pants. I wasn't surprised at all that a fan meet My Chem there.

There's Smokedreams, which is basically band merch/weird shit galore. It's one of those places that sell the various forms in which to smoke weed.

And Missing Link, with the most comfortable couches and coolest CD range. Just watch out for the sheep picture.

You'll see what I mean one day.

Aaaand, Miss Gladys Sym Choon. Best shoes and shizz.
And, and, Mambo. =D

Basically anything down Rundle Street owns if you can afford it.

PSC is good.
Seven Shadows died.
annndd theres Aftertaste in Newtown. thats pretty good but i have to travel to get there so i dont usually bother. the markets have good band merch for cheap cheap.
and its usually the same quality as the stuff youd find at concerts like if you compare them its exactly the same just $30 cheaper.

you mean the Seven Shadows in castle hill? they changed the name- it's still there. It's called Moonpies and Misfits now. The store still sells band merch. Never been inside though.

yeh paddy's market has that real popular band merch stall with the LCD screen tv. I bought my MCR badges there.

Well here in country-australia-land we dont have any good stores. so count yourselves lucky. the best we can produce are stores that sell billabong. however, i did buy a pair of emily the strange shoes.

thats the best we do.

I go to the city too much.
You know, I actually like Jetty Surf.
I mean, it's all that surfie shizz and damn expensive, but, they do have hell nice clothes.

That's the thing. I don't really.
But they do have nice stuff.
Like yesterday, I bought a top and a hoodie from there.
I wouldn't usually buy things from Jetty Surf, unless it's bathers.
