Burn all the Empires Bleeding on the Floor Age: 44 Gender: Female Posts: 1979 | I couldn't see a thread for this, so I thought I'd start one. They just announced this as an extra date a couple of days ago, and I easily got a standing ticket, so there maybe more left. I'd love to hear from anyone going, I live in the UK and I'm staying in New York that week, and I'm having a slight panic attack about getting from NY to Reading PA, I can't find any direct public transport links, can anyone help? |
AllOfTheseVampires Killjoy Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 82 | haha hey again! Yess i might be going to this one instead of the one in Glens Falls.. its like the same distance and its on a friday so it may be better! mmaybe ill be seeing you there.. adn if not then def. at glens falls! |
x_cemeterygates_x Jazz Hands Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 282 | I THINK I'm going!! I'm uber excited 'cause I asked my friend Chris to go with me and he said he would, but the parents haven't decided yet. Oh boy oh boy oh boy I sure hope I can go!! Well... I LIKE REALY WANNA GO I HAVE TO GOOO. Reading PA is the town over from where one of my best friends lives. I asked her if she could come to the concert but her parents said no, so now I'm just banking on Chris's mom saying yes..... I couldn't get good seats for the 2/25/07 tour in Philly and I was really upset about that so decided against going, but they just released the new tour date and the last time I checked 2 days ago, I could still get standing tickets!! My mom's gotta decide soon or else they'll be sold out! AHHHH GOD I HAVE TO GOOO ...Wow that was long. |
feel the romance Jazz Hands Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 328 | i want to go to this show really badly, as well as Pennstate. i saw them in Philly, so there's no way my dad's driving me again. hmf. are there still GA tickets on sale? |
Burn all the Empires Bleeding on the Floor Age: 44 Gender: Female Posts: 1979 | AllOfTheseVampires: Hey! Why not make it both! Do you have any idea how to get from NYC to Reading PA, because I was looking on the internet and there doesn't seem to be any trains or buses going directly there, I'm really hoping it's not too complicated, and I don't get lost (that would be typical of me!). It would be so much easier if MCR would just give me a lift, after all I am seeing them 3 days in a row, so they'll definitely be heading in the same direction *dreams about getting a lift*. |
BatKissMasquerade Really Not Okay Age: 44 Gender: - Posts: 739 | I live by chicago and i just went to the march 1st show but there's a possibility that i might go to the reading show with a friend of mine and possibly driving by car... |
Raven07 Killjoy Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 6 | Hello, I'm new to this message board and I usually only lurk but since I'm from Reading, PA I maybe able to give you some help on getting here from NYC. I take a bus all the time to New York and you will need to take a Beiber bus. Here is their website for more info http://www.biebertourways.com/showschedules.asp The Reading Bus station is very close to the venue. I'm just not sure of the times the buses come and go. You will have to do your homework on that one. Hope this helps. |
Burn all the Empires Bleeding on the Floor Age: 44 Gender: Female Posts: 1979 | Hi Raven07, welcome to INO *gives you hugs* Thanks so much for the information, I really was beginning to get slightly worried about getting there (and back!). I'll have a look at the Beiber bus website. Can I ask how long it takes, I'm not sure if there's going to be a bus back after the gig which is what I'm most concerned about (I don't fancy lingering in a bus/train station all night and I can't afford a hotel!). This is really showing how unorganised I've been, but this what MCR have done to me, but it will all be worth it! Thanks again, hopefully see you at the concert! |
Raven07 Killjoy Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 6 | You're very welcome! Glad to help out! The bus usually has about 3-4 stops and it is about a 3 hour ride depending on the traffic. |
Burn all the Empires Bleeding on the Floor Age: 44 Gender: Female Posts: 1979 | That's great, I've checked the website and it's slightly confusing but I'm just glad they actually go straight there. I'm going to e-mail them about it, I will update when I hear back from them so everyone has the information. I'm getting sooooooo excited! |

Burn all the Empires Bleeding on the Floor Age: 44 Gender: Female Posts: 1979 | Cemeterygates - will your mum not go with you? At least then you'll get to be there. I'm really sorry if you can't go. |
x_cemeterygates_x Jazz Hands Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 282 | Mom doesn't wnat to go with meeee =[ I just hope they announce another tour date in New Jersey or something |
AllOfTheseVampires Killjoy Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 82 | ook question! if i go to this show (which i probably will since i dont think Glens Falls is gona work out) my friends mom wants to come with us, but she wants seats. i love floor. im signed in to this website to get presale tickets, and they still have floor available but reserved seats are sold out. so i went on Ticketmaster.com to find seats, but they are still in presale and wont go on regular sale until saturday. you can buy the presale tickets if you have th Radio Presale promotional code. Does ANYONE know what that code is?vplease and thank you <3 |
Burn all the Empires Bleeding on the Floor Age: 44 Gender: Female Posts: 1979 | x_cemeterygates_x: Will she let you go to Bamboozle on May 5th in New Jersey, there's a thread for it if you want to find out more. |

Burn all the Empires Bleeding on the Floor Age: 44 Gender: Female Posts: 1979 | AllOfTheseVampires: I don't know about the code, but I got my ticket from here:mcrblackparade.ducatking.com, they might have the tickets you want, I'm not sure. I would definitely try and get standing if you can (depending on if you don't mind being pushed about a bit!) it's so worth it, I swear Gerard has eye-contact with practically everyone he can! My heart skipped a beat when it happened to me, (ok he could have been looking at someone else, but I swear he held my gaze, and I'm quite tall compared to the others that were there, and on my own = maybe he felt sorry for me! ) |
AllOfTheseVampires Killjoy Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 82 | Burn all the Empires: oh IM defintly getting standing. ive been to 2 other of there concerts when i was on the floor and i know exactly what you mean about the heart skipping a beat. ducatking is where i got the last 2 concerts, and thats where i went. they still have the GA but my friends mom wants seats cause she doesnt want to be pushed around. but DucatKing doesnt have seats anymore. ticketmaster has seats on presale (so there good) but i dont have the code. regular tickets go on sale tmrw so ill tell her to get up really early to try and get a good seat anyways. as for me, floor all the way! |
Raven07 Killjoy Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 6 | I'm sorry I'm only seeing your post now...it might be to late but anyway the code is blackparade. Good luck! |
AHailOfBullets Killjoy Age: 35 Gender: Female Posts: 17 | i'm going to the reading show and heading back home for bamboozle the next two days. i searched fucking frantically for a good show to go to because i have school weekdays and have to wake up at 4am for my train commute into the city. so now i've got a nice weekend planned. has anyone ever been to the sovereign center? it's only about two hours away from me and my friend and i decided we'll take a roadtrip. i'm just curious as to what the venue is like?? |
