We have got some songs written but due to easter holidays I have to wait to show the guys the lyrics. We've got three covers... all by Green Day and we're working on some MCR ones. But i would like to start a new one but it is hard starting a band in Burnley in England because no one really likes music that much to be hoesnt or they're all like eighteen that play instruments and that wouldn;t give the right effect really. |

We don't have a name because we decided we'd play a whole song together before we'd decide it. I'm drums and vocals since no one in our school can sing for their life, and i'm alright at it....my friend Ian is Lead Guitar, Kevin is Rythm, and Mike is the Bassist....sadly we're having problems seeing as Ian has something to do every weekend till May...i think its about his grandmother or something...Mike is lazy as hell and always busy...so yeah...my schools really a bunch of rich punk ass preppies who Hate My Chemical Romance...i really dont know what to do...anyone have some helpful tips...i already know all of MCR's songs on drums + vocals so thats covered, we're gonna play I'm Not Okay for the 8th grade talent show...ian and kevin know the parts...but we need a bassist...the talent show is in mid or late may and ian will be able to practice with us in May...anyone have some ideas of what to do? we really need a good and loyal bassist. |

Someone was always too old/overbooked as is/etc, leaving us short members and just not able to get a replacement. Instead I join bands that are part of the Extreme Rock program, meaning a couple weeks of practices before a proper gig to end it. It's not a serious commitment, but it's a great way to get exposure. |
