I sing, and I play guitar, bass, drums, harmonica, bongos and keyboard (Although my brother stole my keyboard making his last album and hasnt given it back yet >=/ ) |

Posts: 4 | November 10th, 2009 at 09:34am I can play a little piano....not enough to make yew say WOW or any thing....but i can play circles by hollywood undeaad...and some MCR songs as well as snow patrol's song chasing cars...I do sing and it is my main focus at this point...I write my own songs and i do sometimes put them to music...but that is so hard and takes along time....I hope to aspire to be a musician and to one day starata a band but....im only fourteen!!! |

Posts: 327 | November 13th, 2009 at 02:38pm i play flute. nothing else, cause i have barely any talent. i recently found out that there is a COMPLETELY different fingering for low E-flat than regular E-flat. i got in a long fight about it with another flute player (the ONLY other flute player) i have trouble hitting the high notes cause flutes don't provide much air resistance. also, i am first chair. of two.
I recently got sheet music for Brazillian Sleigh Bells, The Joy of Christmas, and Winter Wonderland. i am only in beginning band at my school, so i've only been playing for some 10 or 11 weeks. the only scales i have memorized are the E-flat, B-flat, and F concert major scales. my teacher says there are more than 3 dozen, and that scares me a bit. i have yet to learn syncopation, so measures 3 and 4 of Winter Wonderland keep messing me up :/
does anybody know where i could find MCR or AFI sheet music? or any sheet music for flute, really? i found this one website that's got some pretty good stuff, but no mcr. |

I'm more of a singer to be honest. A voice is an instrument too; you've got to practice it just as much as an actual musical instrument. Actually, probably more. |
