I'm guessing he's had those shoes awhile and just doesn't wear them much then because that pic is OLD!!!!! Look at Bobs' hair and Worm looks younger and somewhat trim.

EVERYONE looks young there! God we looked just like that on the Statten Island Ferry a few weeks ago, my hair went bonkers ha ha ha.
