im not sure if this is a duplicate but...
what do you think makes MCR so much more amazing then other bands?
i personally think its their unique ability to keep people living just with their lyrics and there ability to stand up and be who they are and just not care. when it comes to the music its just so unique and theres nothing like it and it has sooo much meaning. i love it :] |

but everything about them is just so much better than other bands.
Even my dad said he has no problem with me listening to them anymore, because I dragged him to a show, and he said their message was good.
And just like Gee said in LOTMS, they're so anti-"rock-n-roll".

They write lyrics that many at first can be misinterpet by others but their fans can understand completely where they're coming from. They contuine to surprise their fans and the world with a lot of of stuff that they want to do and not what everyone else wants but still comes out in great sucess. And they have great ideas. Plus their music is something you've never heard of. |

I reckon theyre better coz they have a better message to give out and the fact that theyre so anti-rock n roll. And their lyrics are so meaningful with a lot of power to it and Gerards voice changes to suit the different songs its great..
They arent just there for money and fame theyre there to give a message to all their fans..
They arent afraid to be honest
They can be really outgoing and they dont care what other people think.
They say what they think and arent afraid to be themselves and have fun..
Theyre just really unique guys..
Theyre great rolemodels too..even though some parents think theyre satanic and death..[like mine]
What Fear N Regret sais was an awesome example..

I understand Gerard doesn't 'own' the band, but since he's MCR's voice most of the time, you hear so much sensibility from Gerard about life in general & that's what draws people because they're not just some rock stars who drink and get trashed every night with nothing else in their lives. All the things Gerard has to say makes them actually human like us.
and they're have the proudest life story to tell...Gerard even admits he's changed from seeing the world as an ugly place...to being able to see beauty more easily. |

Apart from when I first listened to their cds they just made me feel different and they made me beleive that it dosent matter how screwed up your life can be you can do good. Ever since I started listening to MCR, what made me sort of fall in love with them, if you will, is their different style and uniqueness they have about them. They're just amazing. And like you said, they're in this for the fans not the fame. They're basically, real. |
