good charlotte and simple plan are so limited in their abilities and only have a catchy pop song or two. that's all they're good for and no one is going to remember them 10 years from now.
they're already a dead trend.
my chemical romance have lyrics with substance and have made 3 solid albums with so much depth and they're fantastic live and have much love for their fan base and are just overall incredible to get past their inner demons and become successful musicians.
none of that can be said for good charlotte or simple plan.

I like SP and GC but I LOVE MCR and there is NO WAY (no pun intended) that they sound ANYTHING alike.
I think that the only thing that they have in common is that there's emotion in their songs. Other than that there's nothing.YOU HEAR ME??? NOTHING!!!!!
And of course MCR has more emotion than anything out there making them the ULTIMATE BAND.
