Welcome To The INO Icon/Avatar Making Competition.
A chance for all you Icon/Avatar makers to show off your skills.
Rules:
1 - A new picture will be posted every Sunday.
2 - You may use any sort of brushes, text, borders etc, unless specified.
3 - You will send your Icons/Avatars in a PM to ME. I will not disclose or share anything sent to me. MAKE SURE THE SUBJECT LINE SAYS ICON COMPETITION.
4 - The deadline for submissions will be Thursday. I will post all the icons up here for people to vote for on Friday, so any icons not submitted by that time will be excluded.
5 - You may enter two different icons per challenge. No more.
6 - YOU MUST NOT SHOW YOUR ENTRY TO ANYONE. This creates an unfair advantage to other participants in the challenge. Anyone found guilty of doing this will be disqualified and will be banned for any further participation.
7 - You must submit your own work. Any users found stealing other work and submitting as their own will be disqualified and banned from any further participation.
8 - You must upload your icon onto an anonymous picture host such as imageshack or tinypic. Anything on Photobucket or Iconastic will be rejected.
9 - You may only use the pictures provided.

Why enter?
Because it'll be a bit of fun, and if you win, not only will you get a banner you can choose to display in your profile, you will get complete bragging rights.

I thought I'd kick off with a My Chemical Romance Themed Start.
 
Rules:
1. you may submit up to 2 icons.
2. You may only use the pictures provided.
3. Text/brushes/textures/blending are allowed but not necessary.
4. PM ME with your entries with the subject title Icon Competition.
5. Do NOT give out your entry or tell anyone that it is yours until the end of the challenge.
6. Icons must be made specifically for this challenge.

The reason I chose them, is so that you don't have an account so that it's anonymous, and no one has a way of discovering who's are who's.
