The Rumor Awake and Unafraid Age: 29 Gender: Female Posts: 11966	June 30th, 2008 at 08:20am Congratulations to you guys. - - - On the quality issue, I save them as I get them, no different. I haven't changed the way I'm saving them so this must be a change in image hosting or something. Always save your images in .png, as has been said. This seems to be the most fool-proof format. - - - A'ight, guys. First of all I want to say sorry, I know I've been making a lot of mistakes recently and it's affecting the contests. I've been making a lot of mistakes and my crappy temporary internet connection is making me late on the contests because when I finally get a moment to do what I need to, sometimes the internet isn't running. The contests are taking a week's break because I've realized that I won't have an internet connection from Friday to Sunday. I'm moving house again (I'm in temporary accommodation at the moment, moving into my final house this coming weekend) so it's pretty much going to be June all over again, only even busier. Because of these things, I've decided that I can't run the contests for July. If I try, I'm only going to screw things up even more. If you can run one, two or all three of the contests (icon, banner and photography), PM me this week saying what you can run and I'll hand things over to you. Then next Sunday we can pick things up again with a new contest runner. In August I should be able to take them back, I just need July to get settled in my new place and for things to get a bit quieter.

If anyone was wondering, the picture was a like churro kind of cake with candles on top, but it was kind of hard to pick out the candles. HAHA. I just thought it was a cool picture! Rules - You may use any effects you want to on your icons. - You can't share your icons with anyone before the results are announced. - You can only enter one icon per contest and icons must be made specifically for the contest. - All entries must be 100px by 100px. - If your icon doesn't fit the brief properly then it will not be entered. - PM your entry to me by Friday, 11th July, 2008.
