Put yourself in the shoes of this person...
This person, has never been in any MCR concert because there are none in his/her country. Fortunately, there will be an MCR concert in her area..too bad, the concert coincides with the "special" birthday of his/her bestfriend. The person's presence in his/her bestfriends party would really mean a lot to the bestfriend. So, if you were the person? Where would you go, the concert or the party? |

If that wasn't possible, I'd go to the concert, because you can have parties anytime, but you can't just go to a concert anytime, especially if the band have never been there before. |
