Kanye West is an amazing live performer, he gets you so into it, and he has live strings with him and everything. And his DJ is amazing.
The Strokes were incredible live. They're such a fun band to go see.
Metric is insane live. Emily's so hyper, it's great.

I've seen quite a bit of Canadian bands live.. (only Canadian bands come to where I live) and I think they were all amazing 
This includes:
Rise Against, Silverstein, Alexisonfire, Billy Talent and illScarlett.
