I talked to my drum teacher and (he doesn't know) but reckons that the fast track is where you text a number, get a text back and that text tells you when you have to be at the fast track entrance and you can go in with much less of a queue. That doesn't mean that it would necesserily help with the barrier. I just want to know which entrance to go to because I don't want to lose out on a good place over something stupid.

Have no fear Laura is here!! I called up the 02 arena and they explained that not all sites will get the tickets given out until 5 days before the concert. This is so people don't try and sell them over the net. If they haven't come by then though, try phoning where you booked them from.

Those with an O2 phone can queue in the fast track lane at the main gate. It will be clearly signposted on the day, but also please check with the stewards before you join the queue as if there are any changes it would be a shame to queue in the wrong line. The fast track lane is immediately in front of you when you arrive though the main entrance. It is clearly signposted and very obvious. I hope this helps. Regards, Dan"

Banned Age: 28 Gender: Female Posts: 9954	November 7th, 2007 at 06:11pm my friend is worried about having to be 14 to enter the arena coz we are all 14 abut shes the only one who is still 13 coz her mum e-mailed them ad got this reply "Thank you for the e-mail There is a strict no unaccompanied 14 year-olds rule at the O2, so even if her friends are over 14 she really is not allowed to come in unaccompanied. This is the terms and conditions of the ticket sales and also a condition of the O2s license as a music venue. I am afraid that we cannot bend on this aspect and I would advise you to try and arrange either an extra adult ticket, or for an adult to attend with the party. Regards, Dan"
