| Pixie-Gates Awake and Unafraid Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 13231 | Wowsa just 11 days to go ![]() One is very excited. Who else is sticking around to do some ample stalking afterwards? Looks like I'm getting a bus back to Dublin the same night so I have an excuse for it, must kill time until 5 am |
| Mrs.Halloween Salute You in Your Grave Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 3176 | ^ hopefully i will be. i have a spare ticket, and i'm trying to convince my mum to use it and come to the show as well, and then she can wait behind afterwards with me. hah. or at least just for her to drive me to belfast and stay at my auntie's house [my auntie lives just outside the city] and get her to possibly pick me up after i've waited outside the back. is there a certain (approximate) time the band usually leave the venue by? i saw them last year in liverpool and waited, but i left at about 1am, maybe a bit after, i think. and the tour bus hadn't left by then. i can't believe it's 11 days away. holy cow. [howard...omfg, i lub him so bad] and did yous all hear about them performing Headfirst the other night at one of the european shows?? feck. i hope they play it at ours. or just anything from bullets. |

| jumpstartheart Killjoy Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 28 | Hey wow its only 10 days away now we're into single digits tomorrow! I think it was mentioned a while ago but did anyone ever get official confirmation from the venue or something about what the capacity is? I've tried to contact them but no luck And I think I would be an embarrasment to myself and all those around me if they played Headfirst (even though Ive already seen that song live Id still be overexcited) or even ANYTHING off Bullets. They also played that new song again, which would be amazing to here in person! Pixie-Gates me and my friends are hanging around afterwards cos we have to wait for the bus too! The bus ride should be pretty fun though. |
| the-vampiress-angel Killjoy Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 74 | i heard its like the exact same capacity as the RDS , which is pretty fucking huge.. i hope they only use half the floor cause thats massive without seats.. |
| jumpstartheart Killjoy Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 28 | Well the RDS isnt too big compared to some of the other venues on this tour. I mean the 02 arena in London holds something like 20,000 people whereas the RDS holds around 7000. So long as Kings Hall isnt much bigger than that |
| Mrs.Halloween Salute You in Your Grave Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 3176 | Danny Elfman: yeah, they played it at the show in switzerland, if you go onto the thread for it, a girl who went there uploaded loads of pictures and a few videos, and one of them is Headfirst i thought kings hall was smaller than rds? i heard the capacity's about 5000, but i'm not sure. i tried emailing them too. twice. asking them loads of questions, but i never got any replies. |
| Kid__ Always Born a Crime Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 6686 | Mrs.Halloween: Yeah, I saw the video on your MySpace bulletin (and then send it on to my friends and got excited haha). King's Hall is smaller than the RDS I think.... maybe the only way we'd get a certain answer is to phone them though? My mom went there years ago to see Chris de Burgh and she says it was sold out, but there couldn't have been more than about 4 or 5 thousand there. But it definately looks way smaller than the RDS. |
| Fatal Madonna. Shotgun Sinner Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 7894 | King's Hall is the smallest venue on this tour and I actually think it's one of the smallest venues they've played in a year or too. was it just me or did RDS seem gargantuan?! I blame the warehousey-ness of it. I hate that place now. |
| Kid__ Always Born a Crime Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 6686 | ^ The RDS was huuuge! It was pretty scary how big it was actually..... King's Hall can't be that big. But big enough probably. I mean Planet Fun is in there at the minute.... and it's a full-on funfair! |
| Fatal Madonna. Shotgun Sinner Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 7894 | it was so badly organised. it was total chaos in the queue. yeahh but Planet Fun's indoor and outdoor |
| Kid__ Always Born a Crime Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 6686 | RDS was really badly organised. I don't think I'd go to the RDS again unless it was for an awesome band. Security were so rude and everything. But isn't there only like two rides outside? Iunno, that's what my sister says. I've never been there, so I have to listen to what she says for now. |
| KnockThemOut Killjoy Age: 29 Gender: Female Posts: 33 | Mrs.Halloween: =D BULLETTTTTS ! Like they practically played the everything except that the last time. Fingers crossed for Skylines & Turnstiles <33 |
| the-vampiress-angel Killjoy Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 74 | nah dude Honey and Monroeville would totally make my year!! |
| Fatal Madonna. Shotgun Sinner Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 7894 | I've NEVER heard of them playing Monroeville or Demolition Lovers so that's unlikely. I want Our Lady, that'll get some fucking pits started! |
| VampiresAndRainbows Killjoy Age: 29 Gender: Female Posts: 23 | hey does anyone know who mcr's supportin acts are in belfast?? thanks |
| Kid__ Always Born a Crime Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 6686 | VampiresAndRainbows: Mindless Self Indulgence. They're the support for the entire European tour. 9 days to go!! Getting excited yet? =] |
