wei-rdo:i know so exciting...kings hall won't give me any info either so now ill turn to you belfast people for help hehe is jurys hotel near kings hall and if it how far????? thankies
There's a Jury's Inn in Belfast city centre....
Fisherwick Place
Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7AP
028 90533500
It's near the train station.
That's the phone number for it there ^^
You'll need to find the code for dialling the UK from outside the UK though, I've no idea what it is.
And if you get a taxi from the Kings Hall to Belfast it shouldnt be more than about £6 or £7.
I think the last bus is about 11, same as the last train.... so you'll probably have to get a taxi or a car. |

Get off at Belfast Central station (I'm near sure it's the last stop anyway) and get a connection from there to Balmoral on the Portadown train.
The Enterprise won't stop at Balmoral coz it's only a small stopover... but it's not that dear for a ticket from Central.

Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 28 | November 8th, 2007 at 10:00pm Everyone must be getting really annoyed being bombarded with all these questions so Im sorry But is it possible to walk from the Europa bus station to King's Hall and how long roughly would it take?
Btw I was just on the King's Hall Website (I dunno if anyone has checked it out yet) but if you click here in the little box it says The Kings Hall - capacity 6000. So that is a little smaller than the RDS then yay! |

I'll be getting an 8am or possibly 7am bus from Dublin to Belfast, and then a taxi (presumably) to the Kings Hall, where I will park myself for the whole day. My sister and friend might go rambling but I shall hold our place in the queue and talk to some nice fellow fanatics! I love talking to randomers in queues.
I estimate I will be there by 12. |

I wouldn't recommend it.... It's a bloody long walk.
You could go to the train station which is in the bus station but round the corner and go that way.
Or go out of the bus station and across the road and get a pink 9B or 9C bus.
My sister says she's doing waitressing at the King's Hall that day and she thinks it could be for the band and crew, so if it is, she's gonna get me autographs.... And a Frank one for Ana since I promised |

Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 7894 | November 9th, 2007 at 08:33pm yeah, it's advisable NOT to walk from Europa Station to King's Hall.
I think I'm getting the bus from City Hall to Europa so I can bring LJ to Starbucks [AHAHA NAT - damn we need to figure arrangements on that one love]
I'm getting bipolar about this...it sucks....
BUTBUTBUT if eventsec are doing the organsising then it should be better than Dublin.
eventsec were amazing the time Muse played the Odyssey last November. |
