(Edit. Page Claim! I Shall Dub Thee- Thank You For The Coffee, Yum Coffee Flavour Goodness)

^^^ Hehe, repeating British slang words like those always reminds me of the Buffy episode Tabula Rasa, So want to watch that now. And for the record you forgot Knickers. Lmao.

I was listening to the 'Comic Geek Speak' November interview with Gerard last night at 3am... (I know, i'm crazy) and while he was talking he mentioned that the call was being made from Sheffield arena, I nearly freaked out, that was my concert! Lol. Little things make me slightly hype, sorry about that. But it's a great hour long interview about TUA, and if anyone's not heard it and wants it, i'll share, because I thought it was really funny. Smile

Talking about TUA, does anybody know if they actually sell the badges/ buttons in the UK? (Another UK/US Language difference, Hehe) I think they're really cute and I want them, Lol. But I couldn't find them on the net anywhere, for England.

I hope everything's okay for you guys. I send peaceful and warm fuzzies to you all. I have to go to work in a minute and actually work with the stupid women I detest, but I shall just play MCR in my head if they get too annoying. Smile *hugs*

Giles: We'll get our memory back, and it'll all be right as rain.
Spike: Oh, listen to Mary Poppins. He's got his crust all stiff and upper with that nancy boy accent. You Englishmen are always so... bloody hell. Sodding, blimey, shagging, knickers, bollocks. Oh, God. I'm English.
Giles: Welcome to the nancy tribe.
Spike: You don't suppose you and I... we're not related, are we?
Anya: There is a ruggedly handsome resemblance.
Giles: And you do inspire a, um, particular feeling of familiarity and... disappointment.
Giles: Older brother?
Spike: Father. Oh, God, how I must hate you.
(later)
Spike: "Randy Giles?" Why not just call me Horny Giles? Or Desperate For A Shag Giles?"

Comedy gold.

Last year, or maybe the year before, I had a Spike calendar. I <3 Spike. One of the months was him from that episode so I wrote the countdown in a speech bubble and taped it on the calendar.

I have a Spike as Randy Giles action figure on my desk at work. Glorious. (admits geekitude again: I bought the Watcher box set purely for Randy Giles. I threw the box, Wesley, and Giles away thereby increasing the resale value of the remaining sets by like $2. You're welcome, fellow geeks.)

Good morning, and sending out some lol all around!

Well, I had a trial today, but I settled it last night -- so today will be a paperwork day.

Other than that, I am trying to find Torchwood merch.

Hope everyone's day is going well!

Ah Torchwood! My lovely Owen is dead! *Cries*

Well I've had a pretty uneventful day trawling through internet sites looking for an MCR poster that I saw and really want...I just can't find it anywhere! Except eBay so thats where I'll be getting it from.

The comic book room does sound epic! I would love that in my room! However I really do have an MCR Room! Seriously I sacrificed the Blink 182 poster that I got when I was 8 when I went to go and see them...or was I 9...I dunno it was sometime when I was in single digits!

Also while I was on eBay I managed to find 2 tix to see The Mighty Boosh for the 11th Nov for £110! I MEAN COME ON! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously do I want to pay that much HECK NO!

Sneaking on at school is fun... sending love to Loz. Good luck.

I love english swearing. I used to say "bloody" all the time. Still do.
Do you people think I attract screwed people? It seems like I do... I'm like a frickin magnet. Every screwed person that sees me seems to tell me they're screwed... then I start to care to much and worry all damn night about them. I've lectured so many people about not cutting or killing themselves. I spent yesterday lunch telling someone that life isn't worthless. I swear, it must be cause I'm so screwed people think that they can tell me they're screwed. Dammit. I feel bad about complained when you guys have actual problems though.

I don't quite have a comic book "room". More like a comic book shelf, and a MCR shrine in the corner of my room. Yeah. Anyway, somebodies coming... have fun all of you. Send luck I can convince my parents to let me go to Warped this summer... I'm going to see Bon Jovi in a week, hopefully. (this turned out longer then I meant...)

^^ "Bloody hell" is my curse of choice when I'm upset, confused, or have no idea what I'm doing or where I am, which is most of the time. "Bloody fucking hell" if I'm really pissed off.

*deep breath* Time to go face the fanboys. And get yelled at all day because one of our biggest artists *is* going to be at the show, but it's a surprise and I was sworn to silence. So people kept asking me if he was coming (I'm his friend, not his manager! um. Well, maybe I am, at shows. I don't know. Bloody hell.) and I had to lie and say no.
*practicing cute face to keep fanboys from hating me*

DEB! Did you get to the SVA lecture or not? I've been dying to hear!!

Don't feel bad about wanting to talk about your own issues hun, I know how uncomfortable that situation can be. I can be the same, if ever someone is vulnerable or in need of help I always end up getting pulled in and then feel compelled to help them, even if sometimes they can't be helped right away. I suppose it's just what I was meant to do, Smile Probobly why I studied psychology and counselling, because i'd done it so much already, Hehe.

I think people who are having issues are attracted to people who are caring and who will show them empathy and compassion. Maybe you're just one of those people? Smile

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend, i'm going out for my friend's birthday tonight, and they're starting off in a mini rock club, just for me. Gotta love them. Smile

Deb,I'm sorry the lecture didn't work out. It would have been awesome for you.

My life seems to be perfect and still something important is missing but I don't know what. I'm falling apart, piece by piece, and my usual glue seems to be missing. I'm not sure what I can do anymore. Everything should be fine. I should be happy. But I'm just not. I don't understand. It doesn't make sense. Sorry for bringing negativity into the positive thread though.

MCR; Thanks so much. As of now you are the only thing holding me toghether. without you guys I'd fall apart. I don't even have the promise of a show though. I'd appreciate it if you'd play a Toronto date. Thanks anyway though. I owe you more then anyone will ever know.

^ Blast an album - maybe a funny interview or two. Scream into a pillow and cry. Write it all down. Have some chocolate in the bath. Take a walk in the rain. Rail to a good friend. Take yourself out to a movie. These are all things that have worked for me when I was feeling melancholy <hugs> I hope you feel better soon!

That sounds pretty much like what I do to cheer myself up. Smile So I think it's very good advice. One thing that always makes me feel better is laughing with my friends, and just not taking life too seriously. I love laughing until my sides hurt, I am so grateful for my friends, Hehe.
