Well I had to take half a day off school to get there coz It took 4 and a half hours to get to the venue...It was the best fucking night of my life...I had been waiting to see them for 3 years.
But it was one of the most disappointing moments of my life coz they came out on stage I saw Matt Cortez instead of Frank and I was like... NO! coz Frank is like.....my hero. |

I would fly to another state to see them without a blink of an eye, but would my parents let me?
I think not! It took me two weeks to convince them to let me go to the concert 2 hours away!!!!
Only 2 more years till I'm 18, and then I can do what I like!!! |

Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 566 | February 28th, 2008 at 04:50pm I'm driving 3 hours to see them in Detroit in April. (I live in Canada) Only getting to go to the first show, though, because my mom won't let me stay for the second. And if I so much as bring it up again, I'm not allowed to go to the first. I said I'd do whatever it takes to be able to stay, but I still got shot down anyways.
What I would do and what I CAN do are two completely different things. I would go as far it takes to see them, if I could. I envy all of you who's parents let you cross oceans, or drive for hours on end, to see them. I'm lucky to be going to show that's 3 hours away. |

Age: 28 Gender: Female Posts: 2020 | September 18th, 2008 at 02:56am I told my mom i wanted to fly to see them in the UK once She laughed probily because I live in the middle of stupid Texas where they dont go and will already take many hours even days to get to a boardering state. but i realy wanted to go and that was where they were going to play.
Ive been saving money in case they do a show closer to where I live so I can go. |
